Four things, one studio
TEJ is a creative technology studio in Blackrock, Dublin, working across augmented reality, websites and web apps, AI and automation, and Web3. Whichever one brought you here, the studio behind it is the same one behind the rest.
AR filters for TikTok and Snapchat, and WebAR that runs straight in the browser with nothing to install — no app, no download. 3D modelling, animation, face tracking and full games, all done in-house rather than farmed out to a third party.

WordPress builds you can actually edit yourself once we hand them over, and custom React and Node applications for anything WordPress can’t do. Hosting, SSL, daily backups and an ongoing care plan keep a site running and secure long after launch, rather than handed over and forgotten.
Chatbots and custom assistants built around how your business actually works, search across your own documents so answers come from what you’ve written rather than a guess, and workflow automation that takes the repetitive admin out of a working week.
Smart contracts and tokenisation, and the platforms, games and ticketing built on top of them. Chain agnostic, with most of our experience on EVM chains and Hedera — and we’ll say plainly when a blockchain isn’t the answer to your problem.

How it actually goes
Nothing here gets subcontracted to somebody you’ve never met. The person who quotes the job is the person who builds it, and the same person is still there once it’s live.

Describe what you’re trying to do, by phone or WhatsApp. If one of the four isn’t the right tool for it, you hear that on this call rather than three weeks in.

Which of the four do we actually need?
That’s what the first call is for. Describe what you’re trying to achieve and you’ll get pointed at the right one, including when the answer is that you need less than you thought, or a mix of two of them rather than the one you asked about.
Do you subcontract any of the work?
No. Every project across all four is built in-house, from the studio in Blackrock, by the person who quoted it. There’s no account manager passing your brief along to somebody else.
Can you still build Instagram or Facebook filters?
No, and nor can anybody else. Meta closed third-party AR effects for Instagram and Facebook on 14 January 2025, so that route no longer exists for any studio. Social filters now ship to TikTok and Snapchat instead, and WebAR remains an option wherever a browser-based experience suits the brief better than a social platform.
Can a project cross more than one of these?
Regularly. A brand site with a WebAR campaign, or a Web3 platform that needs a normal web front end and an automated back office, is one studio doing all of it rather than two or three suppliers you have to coordinate yourself.

What does it cost?
It depends on the build, so we quote per project rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most people. A one-off AR filter, a WordPress rebuild and a Web3 platform have almost nothing in common on cost. Ring and describe it and you’ll get a figure quickly.
