THE CHALLENGE
Mindful Facilitation had a very basic WordPress website that was not driving any real traffic or sales inquiries. Their core business was mindful facilitation training but they were looking to expand into e-learning courses and other digital products. They also realised that a consistent brand image needed to be developed and wanted to start increasing their exposure through online content.
THE APPROACH
There were a few different aspects to this web design project. We discussed the envisioned brand feel and set about finding stock photography that could be paired with professional photography to form the visual content for the website. We created a unique Lightroom LUT that could be applied to the images to give them a consistent look and feel that matched the vibe we were going for. We paired the imagery with a modern full-width look and feel with lots of white space to give the user a calm and relaxed feeling when on the website.
We integrated a booking system with a calendar that was synced to a payment system to facilitate one on one bookings. We also integrated the website with Learnpress to give the eLearning website functionalities. This allowed Mindful Facilitation to sell a wide range of online video course and workshops. As there was a focus on content production, both video, audio and written articles, it was essential that we developed a suitable resources section that highlighted all forms of content equally and allowed the user to navigate through it with ease.
