Daphne Kaye & Associates are independent estate agents in Foxrock Village, Dublin 18, established in 1985 and selling and letting homes from Greystones to Dublin 4. Their old site was a Wix build that had fallen behind the business. They needed something that looks as established as they are and, more importantly, something that keeps every listing current without anyone in the office having to touch a website.
We designed and built the new site from scratch and moved them off Wix onto their own domain. When a property comes on, they send us the MyHome link and it is live on the site within a working day. That is the whole workflow on their side.
What we built
- A homepage with a sliding showcase of the homes currently for sale
- A page for every status: For Sale, Under Offer, Sale Agreed, Sold, To Let and Let Agreed, all driven from one listings file, so moving a home from For Sale to Sale Agreed is a one word change
- A single property page template with gallery, key facts, BER and a link through to the MyHome brochure
- Offr online offers on live listings, so buyers can bid straight from the property page
- A client testimonials section, built so it can switch over to a live Google reviews feed
- A Property Management page and a lettings introduction for a side of the business the old site never mentioned
- On-page SEO, an About page with Daphne’s credentials and PSRA licence, and the phone numbers in the header of every page
The result is a fast, clean site that puts the properties first, and an agency that never has to think about it. Listing updates are covered by a small monthly fee, so the site stays current for as long as they are selling.
