Quick answer
EVM development means building smart contracts and applications for Ethereum and the growing list of chains that run the same Ethereum Virtual Machine, including Polygon, Avalanche’s C-Chain, Arbitrum, Base and others. One Solidity codebase, with the right adjustments, can often move between them.
TEJ’s EVM proof point is Lady Lileth, an NFT PFP project done with UK artist Graceland London, where we built a custom minting site and a staking dashboard on Ethereum, ERC-20. It sits alongside a much deeper delivery history on Hedera (Mingo, Blockcask, Prelistd, Jan Emanuel), so we bring both a broad public-chain skillset and enterprise DLT experience to the table.
If you already know you want an EVM chain but are not sure which one, or you have a Solidity contract that needs auditing, extending or connecting to a real front end, that is what we do. See our full blockchain work.
EVM & Ethereum development
The EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) is the closest thing crypto has to a standard. Ethereum runs it, and so do most of the chains built to compete with Ethereum on speed or cost: Polygon, Avalanche’s C-Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, and others. Building for “EVM” rather than one specific chain is usually the right instinct if you are not yet locked into a reason to pick one over another, because it keeps the door open to deploy the same contracts elsewhere later.
What we have shipped on Ethereum
Lady Lileth is a PFP (profile picture) NFT project we built with UK artist Graceland London: a custom minting site plus a staking dashboard, built on Ethereum in ERC-20. That covers the actual hard part of most “blockchain project” briefs: not writing a smart contract in isolation, but connecting it to a real front end and a real collector base.
Our broader Web3 track record, Mingo, Blockcask, Prelistd and Jan Emanuel, is built on Hedera rather than Ethereum, so if your project specifically needs deep EVM experience at the scale of a large DeFi or multi-contract system, we will scope that honestly with you rather than overstate what Lady Lileth covers. What we bring is real Solidity and ERC-20 delivery, plus a track record of shipping tokenised products end to end regardless of which chain sits underneath.
What we can build
Smart contract development in Solidity, tokenisation of physical or digital assets (NFTs and fungible tokens), staking mechanics, marketplace and wallet integration, and the ordinary web and mobile application layer that makes any of that usable by people who are not crypto-native.
If you already have a contract or a spec written by someone else, we will review it honestly, including telling you if it is over-engineered for what you actually need, or if Hedera would genuinely serve the project better than an EVM chain.
